How long will it take?

Our team of artists draws every highly portrait caricature from scratch and we aim to draw your hand in 2-7 days (although sometimes they get there early!).

What is the currency of the stock market price hike?

All prices in our store are in US dollars.

How is the image sent?

Your photo will be digital so it will be emailed to you when complete. Once your artwork is approved, you'll have the option to print it on a poster, canvas, mug, or T-shirt (at an additional cost).

What if I'm not happy with my picture?

We have a satisfaction guarantee policy. This means that we will conduct free reviews until you are 100% happy with your photo!

What can I have as wallpaper?

whatever you want! You just tell us your idea and we'll make it come true.

Do pets count as a person?

yes! Every furry friend counts as a person, so be sure to include it in the count or else you will be charged

Can I do whatever I want with my picture?

Yes, of course! Your plate is yours to do whatever you want.

Can you work from more than one image?

yes! In fact, the more pictures the better! Just make sure you know how you like your illustration in the photo description and leave the rest to us.

What quality should the photo I send you have?

The better the image quality, the easier it is for our artists to get a more accurate illustration. But don't worry, we'll contact you if we think we need a better picture to get the artwork done right.

I have a big group to do?

No problem, just send us an email if you want 8 or more people/pets in one drawing, or place an order for several caricatures (eg turn each photo on your company team page into yellow characters).

Will I pay for changes to my application after I submit it?

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all the details he wants in the order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requests changes.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes we can ship to anywhere in the world!

What payment options are available?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard.

Can I send separate pictures of the characters I want to draw?

definitely! Feel free to upload photos of people in a group or individually. As long as the photos uploaded clearly show the features of each person's face and body, our talented artists will have everything they need.

Can I get a preview of what my order will look like before I submit it?

Since our product has been hand painted from scratch by real artists, we cannot create a preview of what the image will look like before ordering. The good news is that you can request to modify the drawing as soon as it is completed until you are 100% satisfied.

What kind of file will my illustration come with?

Your completed artwork will be delivered in JPEG or PNG format. If you would like the multi-layer core file, simply submit a request to us and we will email it to you.
